Permanent Site Manager - Pub Fit-Out Projects Nationwide

Role: We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee permanent projects nationwide. You'll be responsible for managing fit-out works from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for pub fit-out projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Maintain quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Report progress to senior management and resolve any on-site issues promptly. Requirements:

Proven experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects (hospitality sector preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to travel nationwide and work away from home when required. CSCS card and SMSTS certification essential. What We Offer:
