Job Title: Contracts Manager - Fit-Out/Construction\n Location: Head Office - Greater Manchester (Nationwide Travel Required)\n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n Salary: £57,000 per annum + Company Car\n\nAbout the Role\n\nOur client are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality fit-out projects across a range of sites nationwide. As Contracts Manager, you will lead the project delivery team, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAct as the primary liaison between the client and the project delivery team, ensuring client requirements are understood and met.\n\nSchedule, programme, and oversee all site operations across multiple projects.\n\nManage and coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and client-appointed contractors.\n\nImplement and uphold health and safety procedures with support from the Company Director and external Health & Safety Consultant.\n\nProduce and maintain all required project documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.\n\nEfficiently manage labour, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery.\n\nMonitor and record site variations and communicate them with the project surveyor.\n\nExperience, Skills & Qualifications\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the fit-out or construction industry.\n\nProven leadership abilities in managing site teams within fast-paced environments.\n\nExcellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of delivery.\n\nAdaptability and a proactive attitude to meet evolving client needs.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage health and safety on-site, in line with company policies.\n\nExceptional customer service skills.\n\nA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites nationwide as required.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n£57,000 annual salary\n\nCompany car provided\n\nA collaborative and forward-thinking working environment\n\nOpportunity to work on a wide variety of high-quality projects\n\nCareer progression opportunities within a growing company\n\nApply: Ready to bring your expertise to the team?
