A long-established and highly regarded regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their operational team, overseeing multiple live projects across the commercial, hotel, and office sectors.This is a senior delivery role, ideal for a hands-on Contracts Manager with a strong multi-discipline background, who enjoys being visible on site and actively involved in driving projects forward.Regional PatchProjects located across Leeds through to NottinghamTravel to Nottingham will be required on occasionPredominantly regional work - no excessive national travelProject ProfileCommercial office blocksHotel developmentsComplex, fast-paced, multi-disciplinary schemesProjects typically delivered under Design & Build and Traditional contractsThe RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall delivery of multiple projects, acting as a key link between site teams, commercial staff, and senior management.Key responsibilities include:Managing and supporting Site Managers and Project Managers across several live sitesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of qualityMaintaining a strong site presence, providing practical leadership and problem-solving supportOverseeing programme planning, sequencing, and coordination of multiple tradesWorking closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations, and subcontractor performanceDriving consistent standards of health & safety, quality assurance, and complianceManaging client relationships and representing the business professionally at site and progress meetingsIdentifying and mitigating delivery risks across the project portfolioSupporting pre-construction and handover phases where requiredAbout YouProven experience working as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor or regional.Strong multi-discipline construction background (commercial build experience essential)Practical, delivery-focused, and hands-on in your approachConfident managing multiple projects and site teams simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsCommercially aware with the ability to balance quality, programme, and costFull UK driving licencePackageCompetitive salary up to 85,000 (dependent on experience)Company car or car allowanceBenefits package21 days holiday + bank holidaysChristmas shutdown includedLong-term, stable role with a respected regional contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
