We are working with a long standing, reputable and established Social Housing Contractor who work throughout the North West and West Yorkshire regions. The company work on a number of long term frameworks and have a healthy pipeline of future of work. They specialise in roofing and external works.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their close knit team on a permanent basis. Based in their Wigan offices with site travel required. Experience of managing multiple Social Housing Contracts is essential.
Programming and planning works
Monitoring progress and ensuring contracts are being delivered to programme
Manage the selection of sub-contractors
Manage site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of individual contracts.
Monitor budget
Ensure contracts comply with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements.
Ensure site personnel (including visitors) are aware of their own Health, Safety and Welfare requirements.
Ensure identified individual development/training needs are met.
Maintain the trust and support of reporting personnel
Liaising closely with the client representatives, and chairing regular progress meetings.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career background, and have a strong background in the delivery of Social Housing Refurbishment Contracts.
The salary on offer is between £50-55k + car allowance/van and package. xbpsjku
