Based in Fife, they deliver work across the Central Belt and beyond, spanning sectors such as industrial, retail, commercial, and distilleries, with project values typically ranging from £5m to £30m.

As Contracts Manager, you’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of multiple high-profile projects, driving quality, safety, and performance at every stage.

Key responsibilities: - Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects concurrently. - Lead and support project teams to achieve programme, quality, and financial targets. - Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication. - Monitor progress, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with contract requirements. - Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement across all projects.

About you: - Proven track record in main contracting, ideally managing projects valued between £10m–£30m. - Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively. - Commercially astute, proactive, and driven by successful project outcomes. - Excellent communication and client management skills.
