Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage several residential D&B projects through all phases

pre-construction to handover Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in line with health & safety and quality standards Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients Oversee contract administration and financial performance Provide clear leadership and direction across all active sites Requirements:
