Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage their Transient Fencing project across the South West of the United Kingdom. This is a vital role where you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and oversee all contract-related activities within the Transient Fencing project.\nEnsure compliance with project timelines and budgets.\nEffectively communicate with project stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.\nMonitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary.\nNegotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.\nPrepare and present regular project updates and reports.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nExtensive experience in contract management within the construction or fencing industry.\nStrong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.\nKeen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.\nProficient in using project management software and tools.\nValid driving licence as a company van will be provided for mobility across sites.\nIf you have the skills and experience required for this dynamic role, consider taking the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity.
