Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Leeds / Surrounding Areas
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
For this role you must possess the following:
SMSTS
CSCS Card
3 Day First Aid
Design and build experienceDuties
Capable of running projects in the price range of £50k - £5 Million
Client-facing with a personable, modern, and consultative approach
Commercial, Healthcare and Educational Fit out and refurbishment Experience
Ability to manage between 3-6 projects at a time depending on job size
Design and Build experience
Oversee design coordination and pre-construction planning
Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
Update and check against the construction Programme
Communicate effectively with the client, sub - contractors and senior management team
