With over £40m of secured work delivering small to medium‑scale schemes for a global brand, the business is now looking to appoint a permanent Contracts Manager to play a key role in this long‑term rollout.This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable, growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work across the North West and North East. Project values typically range from £2m to £6m.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring each site operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
