About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager (Estates) to join a dynamic Estate Services team in West London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for ensuring estates are clean, safe, and well maintained. You will play a key role in monitoring and managing cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts, working closely with contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets residents’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor estates cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts Ensure contractors deliver services in line with agreed specifications, KPIs, and performance standards Carry out site inspections and performance monitoring across estates Work collaboratively with contractors to resolve issues and improve service delivery Respond to and support residents with service-related concerns, providing effective resolutions Identify service improvements and contribute to the design of solutions to enhance estate services Ensure compliance with health & safety, contract terms, and service standards Prepare reports and provide performance feedback to stakeholdersEssential Requirements
