Are you an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking to take full ownership of projects within a growing and ambitious M&E contractor?

Do you want to join a well-established engineering business where you will oversee electrical installations from tender stage through to completion, managing programmes, commercial performance, and client relationships?

With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, the company is seeking a proven Electrical Contracts Manager to play a key role in driving performance and maintaining exceptional delivery standards.

This role would suit a strong leader with an electrical background who enjoys responsibility, commercial oversight, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The Role

• Lead electrical contracts from pre-construction through to final account
• Prepare estimates and analyse drawings for new tenders
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier packages
• Oversee project delivery to programme, quality, and H&S standards
• Maintain commercial control, including cost tracking and variations

The Person

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Electrical or M&E sector
• Strong electrical installation background
