Our client delivers a range of civil engineering and utility infrastructure projects , including works associated with water and wastewater networks , and due to continued growth they are looking to strengthen their senior operational team.
The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple civil engineering and utilities projects , ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.
You will manage site teams and Site Managers, coordinate resources and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders across the framework.
Key Responsibilities Managing multiple civil engineering and utilities projects Overseeing and supporting Site Managers and delivery teams Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget Managing client and stakeholder relationships Coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and materials Monitoring programme, progress and commercial performance Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and quality standards Reporting project progress to senior management Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within civil engineering or utilities Experience working on water, wastewater or infrastructure frameworks SMSTS CSCS Card Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering key infrastructure projects across the North West , with long-term frameworks and a strong pipeline of work. xehkeey
