Contracts Manager\nLocation: Central London\nSalary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits\nFull-Time | Permanent\n\nAbout the Role\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple contracts across London and the surrounding areas. This is a senior role with full responsibility for operational delivery, client management, and commercial performance.\n\nYou will manage site teams and subcontractors while ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage multiple contracts from mobilisation through to completion\n\n * \n\n Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and commercial targets\n\n * \n\n Manage budgets, forecasting, variations, and cost control\n\n * \n\n Ensure full compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards\n\n * \n\n Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies\n\n * \n\n Support recruitment, performance management, and team development\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project role\n\n * \n\n Background in construction, facilities management, or building services\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial and contractual knowledge\n\n * \n\n Experience managing multiple sites or contracts\n\n * \n\n Excellent client-facing and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and problem-solving ability\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary up to £75,000 depending on experience\n\n * \n\n Company car or car allowance\n\n * \n\n Pension scheme and company benefits\n\n * \n\n Career progression and ongoing professional development\n\n * \n\n Long-term, stable opportunity within a growing organisation\n\nApply Now\nApply today with your CV to be considered for this opportunity
