My client, a Corporate Services business (PE), are looking for a Contracts lawyer to join the team on an initial 6 month FTC. Responsibilities will include:

Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated engagement letters for outside counsel and third-party service providers across multiple jurisdictions. Ensured compliance with internal legal and risk policies, including alignment with Blackstone’s standards and regulatory frameworks. Liaised with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, procurement) and external counsel to streamline engagement processes and approvals. Maintained and updated templates, clause libraries, and best practices for engagement letter terms to promote efficiency and consistency. Tracked engagement letter execution, renewals, and expirations using legal operations tools and contract management systems.
