We are now seeking an experienced Contracts & Compliance Manager to join our legal team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth. The Role Reporting to the General Counsel & Company Secretary, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, managing contractual arrangements while strengthening our compliance and governance framework. This is a high-impact role where you will balance legal risk, commercial objectives, and operational priorities across a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management * Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal * Develop and maintain standard contract templates and clauses * Advise stakeholders on contractual risks, obligations, and commercial implications * Monitor contract performance, milestones, and compliance * Drive improvements in contract management processes and systems * Work with frameworks such as UK DEFCONs and US FAR/DFARS (desirable) Compliance & Governance * Monitor and interpret regulatory and legal developments * Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits, and gap analyses * Support policy development and implementation * Deliver training and guidance on compliance matters * Assist with investigations and incident management Export Control * Support compliance with UK, EU, and US export control and sanctions regimes (desirable) About You You are a commercially minded professional with strong legal or compliance expertise and the ability to work confidently across multiple stakeholders. We would like you to have a legal or relevant professional qualification, good judgement and be a confident decision-maker.
