We are recruiting on behalf of a global tech business who due to growth are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts & Billing Manager to take ownership of client revenue operations on a key engagement. Lead and manage the Revenue Team, ensuring high performance and efficiency
Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including setup, amendments, and compliance
Manage all billing activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Monitor revenue performance, forecasting, and reporting on key metrics
Maintain data integrity across systems
Drive continuous process improvement using data and tools like Power BI
Act as escalation point for customer queries and complaints
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support finance
The Candidate
Must hold a Full UK Driver Licence
Proven experience in contracts, billing, or revenue operations
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
Knowledge of ServiceNow and ESOD is advantageous
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI
High attention to detail and focus on accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
