Role & Responsibilities of the Contacts Admin:
* Support the administration and coordination of third-party supplier and subcontractor contracts.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records using the company’s CAFM and contract management systems.
* Liaise regularly with external suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm job progress, and ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms.
