X4 Group are partnered with a leading organisation to hire 2x Contract Test Analysts to support a high-priority cloud data transformation and migration programme. The project is focused on moving data into an Azure-based cloud environment and implementing automation testing to ensure data integrity, performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Contract Test Analysts (Cloud Data Transformation)

• Execute and support data automation testing across cloud-based systems, ensuring migration and transformation processes are accurate and reliable.
• Work with Azure services including Databricks, implementing and testing Python notebooks, and building/testing scripts for infrastructure components.
• Validate service components within Azure, ensuring all solutions meet functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and scripts.

Requirements for the Contract Test Analysts (Cloud Data Transformation)

• Proven testing experience in data transformation and cloud migration projects
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, especially Databricks, Python notebooks and cloud infrastructure components.
• Strong test automation skills, including scripting and execution of automated tests.
• Good understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes and cloud data architecture.
