Job Description

We are partnered with a digital consultancy whose renowned global end client is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager / Consultant to support a busy HR and Employee Relations function. This role requires strong organisational skills, confidence working with data, and the ability to ensure smooth operations across a multi-disciplinary team.

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience operating across end-to-end project delivery, who is very comfortable working with data teams to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day activity within the team, ensuring all members are carrying out their responsibilities effectively. Work closely with internal units on cases involving restaurant compliments, complaints, and HR-related issues logged via the People Services Helpdesk. Manage the case-severity tiering process, including escalation of Tier 3 cases requiring external investigation. Support finance-related tasks, including advanced Excel work (pivot tables, analysis, reporting). Conduct regular data analysis to support operational decisions and reporting needs. Provide project support across planning, workflow improvement, and cross-team coordination. Previous experience in project management, consulting, or a similar operational role. Strong understanding of HR or Employee Relations processes (desirable). Confident working with financial data and large datasets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to hit the ground running.

Contract Details

£400 per day, Outside IR35 6-month contract with view to extend to 12 months Hybrid, London office once per week Immediate start Interviews to be concluded by the end of the week
