Contract Manager Burnley £50,000 + Company Car / Allowance and 5% Bonus Brief Contract Manager needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Burnley who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Contract Manager that takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in the hard FM delivery across the contract by working with the operational teams to identify areas for improvement and then implementing appropriate strategies to ensure that the improvement is embedded and sustainable. Benefits Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Company car / Car allowance 25 day's holiday Variable annual bonus based 5-15% Pension Plan Career Progression What the role entails: Some of the main duties of the Contract Manager will include: Manage service providers delivering the planned and reactive maintenance Liaise with the client on each establishment on behalf of the service provider Carry out contract meetings with the service provider and client on each establishment Carry quality audits to assist the assurance quality Manager Managing the onsite team delivering the agreed services.
