The initial focus will be on sites in the Northern home counties.\n\nThis role requires a minimum of 5+ years’ experience delivering envelope, cladding or façade projects, along with strong commercial, technical and leadership skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover\n\n * \n\n Lead and coordinate multiple site teams\n\n * \n\n Ensure all works meet quality, compliance and safety standards\n\n * \n\n Oversee budgets, forecasts and risk management\n\n * \n\n Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams\n\n * \n\n Ensure smooth project delivery across all live sites\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n 5+ years’ experience in facade, cladding or envelope systems\n\n * \n\n Proven track record overseeing multi-site projects\n\n * \n\n Strong commercial and contractual understanding\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage budgets, risks and programme delivery
