Contracts Manager - Planned & Cyclical Works

Location: Cambridgeshire Contract: Permanent Salary: £60,000 + Benefits

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager - Planned & Cyclical Works to lead the commercial and contractual management of all planned capital and cyclical works programmes. This is a strategic, governance-led role focused on value for money, financial assurance, and compliance across all frameworks and call-off contracts. Acting as the contract owner, you will provide commercial oversight and governance across high-value programmes, ensuring contracts are robust, compliant, and delivering against organisational objectives and budgets. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Asset Management and the Planned & Cyclical Manager to support programme delivery, while maintaining clear accountability to the Finance Director for financial performance and to Procurement for contract and tendering compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial and contractual management of planned capital and cyclical works programmes

Provide governance, assurance, and oversight to ensure value for money and compliance
