Contracts Manager (Structural Waterproofing)

Full-Time | Permanent | Site-Based (75%) in London & South East

Laboris Solutions is working with a specialist contractor that is growing and restructuring operations — and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Contracts Manager to help drive project delivery, quality, and team performance.

You’ll work collaboratively with another Contracts Manager, leading site operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish in Residential, Commercial, Historic Restoration and Government projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage contracts from pre-start to completion
• Lead and develop a skilled operative team
• Conduct site visits, quality control & progress monitoring
• Coordinate scheduling with logistics team
• Build strong relationships with clients & contractors
• Support training, safety, and operational improvements
• Respond to urgent works (including flood response when required)

• Experience managing multiple projects
