Our customer is an award-winning and highly established global travel company, recognised for its service-led approach and extensive expertise in both group and FIT travel.
They operate internationally, partnering with hotels and suppliers worldwide to deliver outstanding travel experiences at scale. Collaboration, commercial thinking, and market expertise sit at the heart of their success.
They are now seeking a passionate and commercially driven FIT Contracts/Destination Manager to join their growing team.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for hotel contracting across your destination portfolio, owning the commercial relationship with suppliers while ensuring competitive rates, availability, and inventory to support sales growth.
- Negotiate preferred rates, allocations, and commercial terms with a portfolio of hotels
- Own and develop strong supplier relationships within your assigned region
- Deliver performance against room night and revenue targets through ongoing optimisation
- Act as the accommodation specialist for your destination, maintaining deep market knowledge
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic hotel partners
- Monitor rate competitiveness, availability, and allocation utilisation
- Analyse commercial performance data and present clear recommendations
- Collaborate closely with global sales, operations, and finance teams
- Support training initiatives and contribute to wider business projects
- Represent the business at industry events and conduct regular hotel visits
Experience Required:
- Proven experience negotiating with hotel stakeholders, including senior management
- Recent, hands-on hotel contracting experience within a relevant destination
- Strong commercial understanding of hotel distribution channels and systems
- Confident analysing data to inform pricing and contracting strategies
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel
