Contract Manager Facilities Management Location: Leicester Salary: Up to £70,000 (depending on experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee Facilities Management operations at a large and complex site in Leicester. This role is responsible for managing both Hard and Soft FM services across a major operational environment with significant ongoing development. The site has capacity for approximately 2,000 occupants , with additional buildings still being commissioned, making this a varied and evolving role. The Role As Contract Manager, you will oversee the full delivery of the FM contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. You will lead a large on-site team of skilled and semi-skilled staff , including M&E, Gas, HVAC and Fabric engineers, alongside administrative and supervisory support staff. The team structure includes: 2 Deputy Facilities Managers
