Location: Yorkshire - Covering 8 Prison sites across the region.

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for performance and partnerships? We are seeking an experienced Contract & Partnerships Manager to drive the success of our Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance contract (CIAG) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the region.

As Contract & Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high performance and effective delivery of the CIAG contract. You'll oversee a team of dedicated Team Managers, lead on compliance, audit and reporting, and act as the key representative for Ingeus in commissioner and stakeholder forums.

Your expertise will help shape and deliver our partnerships strategy, foster strong networks, and influence employers to support meaningful opportunities for people with lived experience of the justice system.
