Continuous Improvement Engineer Antrim | £40,000 - £48,000 | Permanent An established and growing manufacturing business in Antrim is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead business-wide process optimisation initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to step into a senior role, driving efficiency, innovation, and performance across the organisation. The Role As Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will take ownership of identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to optimise operations. You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor teams in lean and continuous improvement practices, and embed a culture of operational excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement smart manufacturing and lean strategies across all operations. Analyse production data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Mentor, coach, and train teams in lean tools, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to deliver strategic improvement projects. Drive a proactive health & safety and quality-focused culture. Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring measurable progress on all initiatives. About You Proven experience in a continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process optimisation role (manufacturing background preferred). Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Excellent leadership, coaching, and change management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams. Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
