This is a career-defining opportunity for an engineer with strong electrical knowledge and a background in commercial environments.The Role:Working a continental shift pattern (days and nights), youll be part of a 24/7 team that ensures critical building systems remain fully operational at all times. Youll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting wider site operations and small projects.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenanceWork on systems including:Lighting, emergency lighting, LV distribution, small power, and control panelsRespond to electrical faults quickly and efficientlySupport project and minor installation worksAccurately log work via the sites CAFM systemUphold all health & safety and compliance standardsCommunicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and the facilities management teamWhat Youll Need:City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)18th Edition is desirable but not essentialStrong experience in commercial building services (ideally within high-rise, corporate, or critical environments)HV Authorisation or HV experience (advantageous reflected in higher salary bracket)Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skillsProfessional, reliable, and team-orientedWhats on Offer:£53,000 +Bonus, +AP BonusContinental shift pattern (days and nights)Overtime availableExcellent benefits including holiday allowance, pension, and trainingChance to work in one of Londons most iconic and well-maintained buildingsPrime location minutes from Liverpool Street StationJBRP1_UKTJ
