Role Requirements: Experience:  Solid grounding in construction or commercial disputes
\n Able to manage files with minimal supervision
Comfortable working directly with clients and external counsel
Eager to contribute to team initiatives and business development

Clear and persuasive written communication
Organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving
