(Senior) Conference Producer – Global B2B Events

London – Hybrid

Are you a commercially minded and content-driven conference producer with a passion for delivering world-class agendas? This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of programmes within a thriving portfolio of international B2B events in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry. You will be joining a collaborative and ambitious team working across some of the most exciting and future-facing topics in the global market.

This role suits someone who thrives on in-depth research, thoughtful programming, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing agendas from scratch, identifying key market trends, and securing high-level speakers who bring real insight and credibility to the stage. You will also work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, operations, and content to ensure every event delivers strong value for audiences and commercial partners. Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and content development for multiple B2B conferences and workshops
• Build future-focused agendas and secure high-calibre speakers across global markets
• Stay close to industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies
• Write compelling copy for use across event brochures, websites, and marketing materials
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality delegate experience
