Content Manager

Forward Role is partnered with a global business, who is looking for a talented Content Manager to take ownership of a successful content function within a fast-paced, reputable organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, hands-on content professional who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll play a key role in shaping how the business communicates, engages audiences, and builds authority across multiple sectors.

You'll be working with a collaborative marketing team and wider stakeholders, leading content initiatives that directly support brand growth, audience engagement and commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and deliver a content strategy aligned with business goals
• Build and manage an editorial roadmap informed by trends and audience insight
• Own the content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to identify content opportunities
• Oversee the production of a wide range of content & manage the full content lifecycle from brief to optimisation
• Coordinate internal contributors and external partners, and provide guidance and direction to content contributors and partners
• Monitor and analyse content performance using analytics tools
• Report on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and contribution to pipeline
• Build strong working relationships across marketing and wider teams
• Nurture a collaborative and high-performing content environment

What We're Looking For:

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience creating B2B content across multiple channels
• Solid understanding of SEO, analytics and CMS
• Proven ability to manage content workflows and multiple stakeholders
• A data-informed mindset with a creative approach
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
