Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging, readable, and accessible content that enhances our customers' digital experiences. Utilise your knowledge of conversational design to create engaging dialogue flows for AI-driven customer interactions. Stay updated with industry trends, particularly in banking and AI, to inform content strategies and enhance user engagement. Develop empathy for our customers by understanding their needs, aspirations, and challenges. Take ownership as the content expert in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with product teams. Strategically evolve our conversations and identify opportunities to link them to other customer experiences.
