About the Role We are looking for an experienced Content Designer to support a project focused on improving and restructuring content for Applicants and Developers. The purpose of this project is to understand and document user and stakeholder needs, design and deliver revised content in an appropriate architecture, and define a long-term strategy for continuous improvement. Mandatory travel to Newcastle is required 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities Understand and benchmark the current content against standards and best practices. Map and document current user journeys, validating them with internal and external stakeholders.
