You'll be joining a busy operations team where communication, planning and problem solving are key to keeping everything on track. What your day will look like No two days are exactly the same, but you'll typically be involved in: • Planning and coordinating import container deliveries and export collections • Liaising with drivers, subcontractors and customers throughout the day • Managing bookings and updating jobs using TOPS transport software • Responding to operational queries by phone and email • Keeping transport records accurate and systems fully up to date • Supporting the wider operations team when needed What you'll likely bring with you
