We're looking for commercially driven Contact Sales Agents to join British Gas and play a key role in growing and retaining our customer base. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you'll engage customers across voice and digital channels , predominantly through outbound activity, with some inbound contact. You'll confidently identify customer needs, present the right solutions, and convert opportunities across energy tariffs and service products - all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
