We are looking for a CONTACT CENTER PROGRAM MANAGER for a full-time position supporting the Defense Health Agency - In transition support services. The position is on-site in Bedford, PA (flexibility for remote work). The successful candidate will be able to travel at least once a month to DHA HQ in Falls Church, VA

Make a difference every day by leading a team that supports those who have served our nation. We're seeking a Contact Center Program Manager to oversee operations at the Bedford, PA, contact center, providing vital services for the Defense Health Agency.
In this role, you will:
Lead and inspire a dedicated contact center team.
Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Ensure exceptional service for Active Duty, Reserve Component, Guard, Coast Guard, and veteran communities.
Manage triage services, directing calls and inquiries to the right resources.
Oversee transition coaching, referrals, and follow-ups to support smooth life and career transitions.

REQUIREMENTS
Certification as a Project Management Professional with a background in healthcare services
Knowledge of and proficiency with DoD contracts and contract administration.
A minimum of five years of experience in Project or Program Management in mental health or equivalent leadership role with multiple supervisees
A Masters-level degree and past training in mental health, healthcare administration, or related area
Experience with successfully managing large teams and complex mental health programs
Experience in working with DoD government personnel and understanding DoD policies and procedures
Experience working with military populations.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with DHA and other government leadership, staff, and customers
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
