A leading multi-billion dollar L/S Equity hedge fund is looking to bring on a consumer analyst to join their team. The analyst will work directly with a senior Portfolio Manager as they look to build out their Consumer coverage.

The candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in the consumer space gained through experience in investment banking, equity research, long-only investing, private equity, or another hedge fund. They will also consider candidates with more generalist experience as long as candidates can articulate an interest in the consumer space.

Successful individuals at the firm can go to become junior PMs and eventually PMs.

Candidates applying for this role should have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in investment banking, equity research, private equity, or public equity investing
• A demonstrable interest in equity investing
• A top-tier academic background and a professional track record of excellence
