Roles & Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in‑person.
  • Reviewing and refreshing existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
  • Converting business needs into practical learning experiences.
  • Identifying skills gaps and implementing targeted training to support capability growth.
  • Collaborating with technical experts and senior leaders to co‑create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
  • Manage projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative.
  • Be a driving force in innovating and leveraging digital technology tools.
  • CIA or ACA/CA qualified with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
