Competencies Behaviours Client-oriented Give high priority to the client or internal employee satisfaction, and provide service or assistance and act accordingly. Analytical Gaining a good understanding of problems by finding and examining essential data and connecting the dots to find the cause. Conversation skills Structuring, acting, and inventorying in conversations in such a way that the intended result is processed effectively. Presenting To convey one's vision, ideas, or opinion to others clearly, interestingly, and enthusiastically. And this you do in an understanding language and attuned to the listener. CollaborationContribution to a joint result through optimal coordination between one's own qualities and interests and those of the other/the group Innovation orientation Focus on client needs and questions, our products, services, and market developments with an inquiring and curious mind. VALUES & BEHAVIOUR CLIENT X has some values, which connect us as a company. Values which we believe create a great environment to work and lead to success in the long run. We strive for the best fit between the people and our organisation. Values Behaviours Responsibility You are fully committed to everything you do, large or small tasks. You set clear targets and goals, and make expectations clear to everyone. You feel morally obliged to bring these matters to a successful conclusion for CLIENT X. If it doesn't seem to work, you automatically look for ways to compensate. This may include working longer, seeking for the right help, and/or indicating on time that you cannot fulfil or complete an appointment or task on time. Apologies and explanations are unacceptable to you, and you must have done everything possible to make it work. This results in gaining confidence and independence in performing your task or role within CLIENT X. If new responsibilities or businesses fail, you will be the first to be looked at. You like to be asked for help and want to help everyone. However, it can also lead to taking too much and suffering yourself so you take care of your work/life balance. Which you also see as most important responsibility you have.Responsibility also means that you give full responsibility to others. No checking in between and trying to manage other peoples time and contribution. Giving away responsibility means that you need to be prepared to compensate for mistakes that will be made. Trying to avoid mistakes by having numerous checks is not in line with giving responsibility. Positivity You are always ready to compliment others, others see you smile a lot, and you always see it from the bright side of life. Clients and colleagues enjoy working with you. You communicate constructively and positively. You believe that there is always a solution to a problem. You don't pretend that difficulties pass you by; you are not naive. You know how to discover the good in every situation, recognize the challenges in your communication, and communicate the reason for optimism. Either way, people like to hang out with you. Their world will look a little brighter because your enthusiasm is contagious. You know how to cheer other people up and celebrate successes. If others appreciate your positivity or value you less as a person, you don't care much about it; you are far too positive for that. In every situation, you continue to think that the work is fun and that people should retain a sense of humor under all circumstances. Positive also means that we avoid using negative words or share our challenges with clients. We are not busy, we are happy that we have enough work; we like clients and are committed to their challenges.Willingness to succeedYou are primarily focused on the learning process, think big and aim for the best. The learning process ensures that you can perform even better in the future, which is why you focus on this. You like to add new skills and are energized by the continuous and purposeful journey towards improvement. This eagerness to learn enables you to function well in a dynamic working environment and thrive in ambiguous situations. You demonstrate flexibility when needed and you master new material quickly. You have a growth mindset. Other people can see this because it is visible by behavior that you believe that intelligence and talents can be developed and that effort is the path to mastery. According to you, mistakes are an essential part of learning, and you view failure as an opportunity to learn. Failures are to you just temporary setbacks, and for that, you embrace challenges. The willingness to success is also related to the commitment to that success. At Real Madrid they train harder and challenge each other more than in a regular club. CLIENT Xers are committed to get better and create success. Important is that this success is related to someones responsibility, task and role. So success is not the same for everyone. Passion and knowledge You are eager to learn and always want to be up to date with the latest development and knowledge according to your specialty and expertise. You collect all content out of interest and passion for work and learning. You read a lot to gather information. You are happy to share information and knowledge with colleagues and customers. You show enthusiasm in how you talk about your profession, in your commitment to customers, and the pride for CLIENT X. In our communication we always show this passion and knowledge. No bullshit one liners, but real answers and info. That is why we have and share a lot of white papers and that is also why our proposals always have a certain level of explanation and details. The difference in knowledge becomes visible in the details. JBRP1_UKTJ
