From high-value residential schemes to social infrastructure projects, you’ll play a leading role in structuring deals, negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC), and advising on procurement strategy, joint ventures, and development frameworks.

What You’ll Do Act for local authorities, private developers, and housing associations on major development and regeneration schemes. Draft and negotiate construction documentation including building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, and performance guarantees. Advise on procurement strategy, including alliancing models, JV structuring, and off-site construction. Collaborate closely with cross-practice teams across real estate, projects, and public law. Contribute to precedent development, internal know-how, and junior mentoring. What You’ll Need 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
