The Role

You will:

Manage your own caseload of non-contentious construction matters Support and supervise junior team members where appropriate Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery Work collaboratively across teams and practice areas Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client engagement Support the wider growth and performance of the team Stay up to date with legal and sector developments

About You

Essential:

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales Strong experience in non-contentious construction law Proven ability to manage matters independently Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers Commercial mindset with an interest in business development Strong communication and client relationship skills

Desirable:

Experience working with clients in the Education, Charity, or Public sectors Dual qualification or professional membership (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB) Experience or qualifications in ADR (arbitration/adjudication)
