The role will involve advising developers, contractors, subcontractors and insurers, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts and professional appointments. You will also be expected to support business development initiatives and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team.\n\nTHE CANDIDATE: \nThe ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in construction law, demonstrating strong experience in non-contentious matters.
