Kennelbuild is expanding. As a market leader in the specialist design and construction of animal care facilities, we are seeking a high-calibre Site Manager in Oxfordshire to lead deliery on a Ministry of Defence project starting in September.

Role Description As Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and logistics to ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and to budget. You will act as the on-the-ground leader for quality assurance, programme control, and day-to-day problem solving. This is a hands-on leadership role with the support of a high-performing project delivery team and structured back-office support.
