About the Role:\n\nLooking to speak with Site Managers with proven industrial construction experience to lead the delivery of a high-spec industrial warehouse project. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for industrial warehouse projects, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.\n\n * \n\n Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site operations.\n\n * \n\n Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and provide accurate reporting to senior management.\n\n * \n\n Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.\n\n * \n\n Manage resources, procurement, and logistics to prevent delays.\n\n * \n\n Resolve on-site technical, operational, and personnel issues promptly.\n\n * \n\n Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.\n\nEssential Qualifications & Experience:\n\n * \n\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.\n\n * \n\n Minimum 1 year's recent experience managing large-scale industrial construction projects (warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres).\n\n * \n\n Demonstrated experience working for Tier 1 contractors on industrial builds.\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and safety standards.\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and site teams.\n\n * \n\n Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or equivalent).\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
