Permanent, Part Time Lovell South Wales & West Region are seeking an experienced, highly competent and confident construction secretary to join the Regional operational team based in the Cardiff office . As construction secretary your primary function will be to support and assist the operations Director to manage the administrative function of the team including consultant appointments, invoicing, document filing/ control and other associated activity. You will be responsible to maintain and create a structured filing and record-keeping system for numerous departments, making sure all documents are accurate and securely stored. Compile and distribute monthly regional reports and adhere to the companys Health and Safety policy.
