Our client is one of the most exciting and emerging residential focused SME building consultancies in London & Southeast are seeking to hire an independently capable Project Manager to initially develop and then lead / manage a key private client(s). They continue to build on their successes year on year and have rightly earned an outstanding reputation within the luxury residential consultancy arena! Now employing circa 35 staff, but within a close-knit Project Management team of eight, they've carved out specialist client base in the prime residential sector (high net worth individuals and investors) with high end projects all over London including Chelsea, Hampstead, Mayfair and private estates in the Home Counties & Cotswolds. A significant amount is listed buildings too. Projects are typically between £1-30m, either heavy refurbishments or bespoke new build schemes working alongside top rated architects. Subject to performance and business growth, within the forst 12 months, their intention for you is to progress within the PM team.
