Project Manager & Project Engineer – RC Frame | London

£Six-Figure Salary + Pension + Bonus + Car Allowance


A Tier 1 reinforced concrete frame contractor is entering a major growth phase and is hiring Project Managers and Project Engineers for its London operations.


The Roles:

  • Project Manager: Lead RC frame packages from pre-construction through delivery.
  • Project Engineer: Support site engineering, technical coordination, and delivery.


Projects:

Range of iconic residential towers, commercial, and mixed-use developments across London, including high-rise buildings, basements, and complex RC sub- and super-structures.


With turnover forecast at £150m+ and a strong pipeline through to 2028, this is an opportunity to join a business delivering high-profile, high-rise RC frame projects across the city.


Requirements:

  • Experience with a recognised RC frame or main contractor on similar projects.
  • Strong background in high-rise concrete, basements, and structural frames.
  • Experience within a subcontractor or main contractor environment.
