Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Construction Project Manager to work on a project based in West London and is accessible by transport links.

Responsibilities of the role:

Overseeing progress of the construction site on a day-to-day basis from initial phases to handover.
Ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget as well as to the required quality standards.
Managing client relationships through regular communication.
Effectively managing client relationships, coordinating a variety of teams, both internal and external teams and mitigating risks.Construction Project Manager Position Requirements

Previous experience in a project manager - fit out role in the industry to be knowledgeable of the required processes.
Strong leadership skills and prior management skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as problem solving skills under pressure
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field and/or relevant experience.
Proficient in key management software, strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Experience in Fit Out projects, Shell & Core Projects and Design & Build contractsCompany Benefits:
