About Revolex

Revolex is a growing and dynamic company specialising in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across England. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results while investing heavily in our team. If you are looking for a workplace where your career can truly thrive, Revolex is the place for you.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will split your time evenly between our Northampton office and various project sites. While our projects are predominantly based in London, you will also oversee sites in the West/East Midlands, East Anglia, The South East, and the South Central.

You will be responsible for managing 2 to 4 projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £15,000 to £350,000. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

·      Project Management: Successfully manage 2–4 commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects concurrently. Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules. Monitor and update project schedules to reflect on any changes or delays.

·      Health & Safety: Prepare comprehensive project RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and CPP (construction phase plan). Maintain the H&S documentation during the project ( Team Talks, inspections).

·      Recourse Management: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource utilization and report any potential issues. Recruit labour resources and monitor labour training is in date.

·      Commercial Duties: Quote for small project variations (main estimating is handled by the estimator) and maintain strict project cost tracking.

·      Reporting & Communication: Provide regular, clear updates to both clients and the Company Director.

·      Technology Adoption & Record Keeping: Utilise our current software stack — Fonn for project management and FreeAgent for cost tracking — and help integrate new AI tools to automate and streamline processes. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and other relevant documents. Organize and file project-related paperwork for easy retrieval. Maintain company folder structure on cloud platform.

·      Strong leadership skills with a professional yet approachable demeanour.

·      Exceptional project cost tracking abilities.

·      SMSTS and CSCS certifications are highly preferred, though not strictly mandatory.

·      Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.

·      Must be honest, trustworthy, respectful, cooperative and act with integrity at all times.

·      An adaptable and flexible team player who strives to achieve results for the whole Group.

·      Proactive, enjoys problem-solving, finding ways to improve processes and working practices and not afraid to challenge the status-quo.

·      Follows and upholds company policies and procedures.

·      Maintains confidentiality and trusted to handle commercially sensitive and valuable information.
