The estate will be developed in stages, with work carried out on both unoccupied and occasionally occupied buildings, requiring precision, professionalism, and minimal disruption to surroundings. Role Overview: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5–10 years’ experience managing high-end residential construction projects. This role demands strong leadership in sourcing and managing specialist subcontractors across all trades, and driving each phase through to completion—safely, on time, and within budget.
